In our continuous endeavour to provide quality healthcare to the villagers of our Adopted Village Dhakrani, Uttarakhand, a Multi Speciality Health camp was organised at the Dhakrani Panchayat Ghar on 12th April with support from MSSH Dehradun. Dr. Gaurav and Dr Nupur and the nurses from Max Hospital, Dehradun examined 230 people from the village. Students from our Skill Centre volunteered at the camp.

Max India Foundation along with NGO Niramal Jyoti in Mandi Pahari organized a health awareness camp for mothers on Safe Motherhood Day. 100 Mothers from the underprivileged sections of the community were told about the importance of breastfeeding as well as how to be healthy by watching their health and nutrition.

Max India Foundation adopted Dhakrani Village in Vikas Nagar block of Dehradun District in 2015, under the health and sanitation platform under its Village Adoption program.
To improve the health and hygiene needs of the village, a sewage project planned over 5 phases was started in 2015. Phase IV of the project where 30,000 ft of pipeline is to be laid was officially inaugurated on April 11th, 2018 at Dhakrani Village by Mr. Jitender Kumar, SDM, Vikas Nagar and Mohini Daljeet Singh, CEO, Max India Foundation.

Our 10th Artificial Limbs and Polio Calipers Camp was organised at Raphael Centre, Dehradun from 10th to 13th April. 171 physically challenged people were provided free limbs at the camp.
